As my favorite saying goes – the days are long, but the years are short.

We live in a noisy world. Everyone has an opinion about how you should raise your kids.

Conflicting messages – and the worry they can cause – about everything from sleep to where they go to school, can cast a shadow over the precious (and short) first few years we have with our children.

If the noise around you is telling you one thing, and your gut another – I’m here to help you get clear, and rev up that inner voice (the only noise you should be listening to).

My approach which is focused on development and attachment, is 100% responsive and unique to each family. Unlike the majority of parenting “experts” who support sleep training culture, and outdated behavior-focused methods, I use current neuroscience and developmental science to validate how you feel, guiding you towards your family’s sleep and wellness goals.

With a focus on who children are (attachment + development) we will make family-centered changes that keep your child on track to unfold into their greatest potential.

“Savanna was so kind and easy to talk to. She focused on understanding the dynamics of our family and finding solutions that felt right for us. She helped me set boundaries that I already knew we needed, but felt guilty about sticking to. I feel confident that I'm supporting my daughter with her emotions and keeping our relationship strong while making some changes so everyone can sleep better!”

When you work One-on-One with me, you can expect:

  • A holistic approach designed for your unique family. We will discuss your child + your family dynamic from top to bottom, connect the dots within your current situation and map out how to get where you want to go.
  • A boat load of compassion and love. I’m here to listen, advocate, guide and support you – never here to judge, or tell you what you should or shouldn’t do.
  • If you are breastfeeding and you love it, I will never ask you to change a thing. If you want to make changes, I’ll guide you through changes that feel right for your family.
  • Referrals to like-minded practitioners when needed

What NOT to expect

  • A quick fix. I work with families who are ready and willing to dig in, do the work, and feel good about every single change we make.
  • Do THIS to get THAT approach. My approach is not a one-size fits all. Every family is unique and we will work together to create custom solutions for your family.

FAQ

Q: Do you use cry-it-out?

A: HELL NO. I don’t touch cry-it-out or any separation-based methods with a 10-foot pole.
However, it’s important to note, while my approach is 100% responsive, attachment and development focused, it isn’t no cry. I believe children (and all humans) have the right to express their emotions. Bottom line-if crying wasn’t a necessary biological function, we wouldn’t do it. Understanding how to support your child’s emotion is crucial to their attachment and development. When we work together, we will discuss this in great detail.

Q: What if we have already sleep trained?

A: Sleep training culture is LOUD. A lot of families go down this path before realizing it’s not for them. If this is you, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I would love to work with you! This is a judgement free zone, my approach will work for all families because it is rooted in who we are as humans.

Q: Do you offer ongoing support?

A: I don’t offer long-term packages – I only want you to pay for what you need. However, you can always book a 30/60 minute call if you need ongoing support.
